Employees used chemicals such as, but not limited to, 66 Heavy Duty Alkaline Bathroom Cleaner and Disinfectant, classified as Category 1, serious eye damage and Category 4, acute toxicity (inhalation), and Glass Cleaner, classified as Category 2B, eye irritation.
