29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a. 3503 Route 46 Parsippany, NJ Employees were working on a roof surface without fall protection. Employees had harnesses but were not tied off and were thereby exposed to an approximate 25ft fall hazard. Violation observed on or about 05/27/2015
