29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a)  In the Kitchen, on or about August 4, 2015 -  An eye wash station was not provided within the immediate work area of employees who use corrosives.   Employees use A1 bleach, a corrosive, when cleaning the floors.    b)  In the laundry area, on or about August 4, 2015 - A suitable eye wash station was not provided in the immediate work area of employees who use corrosives.  Employees change out 5-gallon drums of EcoLab Laundry Destainer, a corrosive.
