29 CFR 1904.31(a): The employer did not record the recordable injuries/illnesses that occurred to employees who were not on their payroll, but were supervised by the company on a day-to-day basis: a) Ramp between building 6 and 7 - On or about May 15, 2015 an employee of a temporary labor contractor, Manpower was injured at this facility and hospitalized and experienced days away from work. The employer did not record the injury in their log of work related injuries and illnesses OSHA form 300 log and accordingly employees on site would be denied knowledge of trends and injuries for this location.

Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, you must report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA: a) Ramp between building 6 and 7 - The report concerning the in-patient hospitalization of a contract labor employee injured at this facility on May 15, 2015 was not made by the contract employer, Manpower until May 19, 2015. The report by this host employer, IBM was not made within the required 24 hours.
