29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(c):    Egbert Excavating Inc. project site at Stevens Park, Oshkosh, WI: On 5/27/15, an employee installing sewer and water lines in a trench was not protected from a potential trench collapse by sloping, benching, or a protective system.    Egbert Excavating was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 995813, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/25/14, with respect to a workplace located at 841 W. Johnson St. Fond du Lac, WI 54936.
