29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by ingoing nip points and rotating parts: On or about April 20, 2015: a) Employees operating the machine that stuffs weather-stripping into the door jamb cavity were exposed to caught-in hazards when the employer failed to properly guard the metal stuffing wheel on the machine.
