Respondent failed to comply with this requirement in that: a) Noble Energy, Inc. Little State LD 11-74 HN Pad, New Raymer, Colorado: On or before May 20, 20, 2015, the employer did not certify that the required workplace assessment had been performed to evaluate workplace hazards associated with gas lift compressors.
