Worksite located at 10707 E. 107th Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were-being exposed to a struck-by while working and walking underneath employees installing metal arms for the storage racks that were being installed and were not wearing hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a). Worksite located at 10707 E. 107th Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was observed drilling holes with the use of a power drill and was not provided with any means of eye protection in case the drill bit shattered or debris from the floor could strike an employee in the eyes.
