29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. On 15 May, 2015 an employee operating a powered industrial vehicle was not looking in their direction of travel, was not able to maintain a clear view in their direction of travel and struck another employee.
