29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use On or about 05/21/2015, where the employer supplied and required the employees to wear tight fitting air purifying respirators (aprs) during sanding and painting operations where lead base paint may be present, the written respiratory protection program the employer implemented did not include the following elements: a) Medical evaluation of the employees was not performed. b) Fit testing of the respirators were not performed.
