29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): The employer is failing to protect employees from potential fall hazards associated with framing a new residential home where the fall hazards are greater than 6 feet. The most recent example of this was found on the job site located at 2209 Clark St. Norfolk, NE 68701 where the employer has employees walking along, standing and sitting on the top of the the interior and exterior walls of the first floor while framing a new residential home without using any means of approved or acceptable fall protection.
