29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Instance a) On or about May 28, 2015, two employees were exposed to a fall while walking the trusses of a house without any type of fall protection. Instance b) On May 21, 2015, an employee was standing on a truss nailing a small piece of plywood to the roof. The employee fell 12'5" and broke his arm.
