29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: The employer did not ensure that the employees working to install shingles on the back side of the structure were protected from falling. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately eleven (11) feet eave to ground. Manuel Beltran was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection #908360, Citation #01, Item #001, issued on 09/27/13 (Final Order 10/18/2013), with respect to a workplace located at 1 WILLOWBROOK, EASTBOROUGH, KS.
