Connelly Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard {29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)}, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 316179035, Citation Number 02, Item Number 001 as a Repeat Type Violation and was affirmed as a final order on 06/06/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Francine Drive, Greenwich, CT 06830.
