The energized buss bar was exposed. This hazard exposed the employees to shock/electrocution hazards, on or about May 28, 2015.

Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall also be effectively closed: a.) 1720 Fairmont Ave. Philadelphia, PA - Energized (120/240 volts) conductors entering circuit breaker panel were not protected from abrasion, and unused openings in cabinets, boxes were not effectively closed as required thus exposing the employee to shock/electrical hazards.
