29 CFR 1910.132(h)(1): Except as provided by paragraphs (h)(2) through (h)(6) of this section, the protective equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), used to comply with this part, shall be provided by the employer at no cost to employees. a) 308 E. Stein Highway, Seaford, DE-On or about May 28, 2015, the employer failed to provide employees required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at no cost. Such PPE includes, safety glasses, chainmaille gloves, bump caps and ear plugs.

Stein Highway, Seaford, DE-On or about May 28, 2015, the employer failed to perform a workplace hazard assessment for temporary employees working at poultry processing facilities, who were exposed to physical hazards such as cuts and noise and chemicals hazards such as ammonia.
