29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a. 100 Waste Research Drive, Macon, GA (Warehouse Shop) - Employees were exposed to slip hazard. Employees were working and walking in close proximity to puddles of accumulated water, coming from the industrial service water trucks and rain. The accumulated water is mix with silk and saw dust which is on the floor of the warehouse, creating a slip hazard, on or about 5/20/15.
