29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:   On or about May 26, 2015 during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 6967 Wales Crossing, North Canton, Ohio 44720; the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site where employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet above the ground.
