29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Aarow Electrical Solutions LLC, Quantico Marine Base, Basic School Student Quarters Building P-567: On or about 05/27/2015, two red/black extension cords used to supply power to a pedestal fan and charger lacked strain relief on the female plug end, thus exposing employees to a possible electrical shock. No abatement certification or documentation required.
