Employee came into contact with the blade lacerating the tip of the right hand ring finger.     b) Finishing Area, from 3/2/2015 to 4/27/2015: Employee operating a Delta Rockwell 12"-14" tilting arbor saw without a guard over the exposed portion of the blade when ripping plug stock. Employee was exposed to an amputation hazard.
