29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  On or about May 29, 2015, employees were exposed to smoke and fire hazards when the following exits were blocked or partially blocked: a.     Exit near the office at PEST CONTROL SIGN LOCATION 108 had multiple small boxes in front of the exit.  b.     Caged area used by another employer that was leasing space at the site had a locked gate that blocked access to the only exit visible in that corner of the facility. c.     Exit located near the propane tank had multiple pallets of chocolate brittle lined up in front of the exit so that it was not possible to see the exit.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.38(f)(1): The employer did not review the emergency action plan with each employee covered by the plan when  the employee was assigned initially to a job:  On or about June 10, 2015, temporary employees had not been told what to do in case of an emergency such as, but not limited to, a fire.
