29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: (a) Trim Saw Operator - On or about May 21, 2015, employees were exposed to continuous noise at 437% of the permissible daily noise (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 90 dBA) or an equivalent sound level of 100.6 during the 409 minute sampling period. Exposure calculation included a zero increment for the time not sampled. (b) Head Saw Laborer - On or about May 21, 2015, employees were exposed to continuous noise at 244% of the permissible daily noise (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 90 dBA) or an equivalent sound level of 96.4 during the 405 minute sampling period. Exposure calculation included a zero increment for the time not sampled. (a) Edger Operator - On or about May 21, 2015, employees were exposed to continuous noise at 194% of the permissible daily noise (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 90 dBA) or an equivalent sound level of 94.8 during the 401 minute sampling period. Exposure calculation included a zero increment for the time not sampled.
