29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet. K & D Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 109141, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed final order on or about January 5, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 617 Oak Park Ave., Oak Park, IL 60302. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
