29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: A) in the main room directly outside of the post master's office, there were several stations used for charging postal scanning equipment that were plugged into a series of 4 power strips before being plugged into a single fixed outlet. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1043124, citation 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on July/20/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Kent, WA The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1026228, citation 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on April/17/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Seattle, WA.
