29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. On or about June 2, 2015, during the installation of siding the employer did not ensure employees working from a ladder jack type scaffold, located on the front porch roof/balcony, were protected from falling by a guardrail, personal fall arrest, or other fall protection system. The employees were working approximately 20 feet above the ground.
