29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: (a) On or about 05/29/2015 - Walk-In Dairy/Freezer Cooling Unit, employees were exposed to slips, trips, and fall hazards resulting from ice buildup inside the cooler in front of the milk shelving due to a stopped up cooling fan unit.
