Employees were exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 11ft. 9in. and 19ft. 2in. on a residential construction site in Chatham, Illinois.  The employer did not enforce the use of fall protection while working.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches above the walking/working surface, was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.     Employees were exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 10ft. and 12ft. on a residential construction site in Chatham, Illinois.  The Employer had wall openings on the back side of the home and employees were not protected from falling, by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
