Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repairs, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard:     (a). Worksite located at 1 Royals Way, Kansas City, Missouri- SE entry tunnel on the vehicle  and employee ramp- Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that forklifts, gators and golf carts were observed driving dangerously close to where employees were required to stand while waiting to check-in for their assignments.
