The VA Connecticut health care systems was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(iv) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315110346, citation number 1 item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/1/11 with respect to a workplace located at 950 Campbell Ave, West Haven, CT 06515.
