29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: (a) Jobsite - On or about June 3, 2015 an employee was raised in a job made trash box without any fall protection. Employee was exposed to a fall of 22 feet to a lower level.
