29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1): Warning lines were not erected around all sides of the roof work area: a) 2427 Marietta Ave, Lancaster PA - Employees were observed performing roofing work on the south-west side of the roof where a portion of the warning line system had been taking down and were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 25 feet - 9 inches to the ground below, on or about June 3, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required. All-Type Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994160, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5080 A Jonestown Road, Harrisburg PA 17112.
