29 CFR 1926.502(i)(3): All covers were not secured when installed so as to prevent accidental displacement by the wind, equipment, or employees: a) Marshall Elementary - Fort Campbell - On or about 6/3/15, employees were exposed to tripping or stepping into holes when column holes were not securely covered. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
