29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts and ingoing nip points: (a) Fort Campbell Army Installation- On or about 6/3/15, employees were exposed to rotating parts when the guards were missing from the heads of the weed eaters. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
