29 CFR 1926.152(d)(2): A portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20-B units was not located between 25 feet and 75 feet from flammable liquid storage area(s) located outside a) Marshall Elementary, Ft. Campbell - On or about 6/3/15, a fire extinguisher was located 3 feet from a fuel tank. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
