29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) On or about 06/03/2015 - in CCI building, a three (3) outlet adapter was plugged into an extension cord that was plugged into a receptacle and two extension cords plugged into the adapter. A pedestal floor fan was plugged into one of the extension cords plugged into the adapter and a Super Hole Shooter drill was plugged into the other extension cord. (b) On or about 06/03/2015 - in CCI building, two (2) extension cords were connected in series from a receptacle to power a Super Hole Shooter drill. (c) On or about 06/03/2015 in CCI building, two (2) extension cords were connected in series from a receptacle to power the Powerig Hydraulic Unit.
