29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 5/29/15 at the Best Western Hotel located at 8210 Park Road, Batavia, New York; employees were replacing the roof on a two story hotel. The roof had a pitch of approximately 5 in 12 and an eave height of approximately 18 feet. There was no fall protection in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
