29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. a) On or about June 4, 2015 and at times prior to, employees were observed walking/working on the roof a new commercial building installing metals. The employees were not fall protected, exposing them to a fall hazard of about 11 ft. to the lower level ground.
