29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof: a) 899 Morgantown Road, Reading, PA / Top Roof Area - Employees were painting with a flammable substance and working around gasoline without having a fire extinguisher on the working level on or about 06/04/2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
