29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) Turnpike Motors Auto Body - On or about 6-3-15 - Employee was power washing the brick building while working from an aerial lift 12 to 15 feet above the ground using a 6 foot rip stitch lanyard that would allow contact with the ground if the employee fell out of the basket.
