29 CFR 1910.24(f): Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: At the Annex - The rise height and tread width of the stairs going between the costume shop and the rehearsal area were not uniform. The rise was 7", 9", and 10" starting from the top step. The length for the first step was 30" and all others were 38". The width of the steps was 9.5", 2.5", 7" and 5" from the top step.
