29 CFR 1910.141(g)(2): Employees were permitted to consume food or beverages in a toilet room or in an area exposed to a toxic material. On June 18, 2015 the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from coming into contact with Beryllium in the main maintenance shop bead blast area while employees were bead blasting Dam Blocks due to hazardous build-up of Beryllium particles exposing employees to health hazards.
