29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     a) Candlewood Suites construction site near Grove City, PA.  On or about May 27, 2015, employees were working from the decking above the 2nd story of the new hotel without fall protection.  The employees were exposed to a 20-foot fall while performing carpentry and framing work including, but not limited to, erecting interior walls of the building.
