The charging cables on a charging battery Model # FS3-12-550, S/N IO-606419-2-HB had damaged cords with exposed copper conduit, observed on or about 06/04/2015. c) Forklift charging area- Building MH#3: The facility did not protect the battery charging apparatuses from damage. The charging cables on a Hobart forklift charger Model # 7255C3-18, S/N 284C5094139, a CD Technologies Charger #67 model # IFR24HK850, S/N MPI-272454, a CD Technologies Charger model # FR24HK900, S/N MPI-017419 and a Ferro Charging battery #43, Model # IFR12HK510, S/N MPI-276166 had damaged cords with exposed copper conduit, observed on or about 06/04/2015.
