29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Along the north west corner of the construction building. on or about June 04, 2015, an employee was exposed to the hazards of fall while working along the edge of the roof which had a parapet wall measuring 2 feet 7 inches and no top rail while painting a 2" gas pipe.
