29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: a) Job Site Trailer - Each of the four fluorescent lighting fixtures in the Superintendent's job site trailer were not protected from accident contact or breakage because their covers were missing, on or about June 5, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
