29 CFR 1926.405(b)(3)(i): Boxes shall provide a complete enclosure for the contained conductors or cables. On or about 06/03/15, during the expansion project of Unity at Brockport, located on 6668 fourth Section Road, in Brockport, New York, the door cover of an electrical panel box was not closed to provide complete enclosure to prevent accidental contact with live energized parts. NO ABATEMENT CETRTIFICATION REQUIRED
