29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:     a) On or about June 2, 2015, and at times prior - Main workroom, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that a relocatable power tap (RPT) was series connected to an extension cord.    b) On or about June 2, 2015, and at times prior - Main workroom, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that a refrigerator was plugged into a relocatable power tap (RPT).    c) On or about June 2, 2015, and at the times prior - Main workroom, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that an electrical receptacle was not mounted and fixed into position.     THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 1041330, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 15, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE AT 1820 WEST POINT, CHARLOTTE, NC 28214.    THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 1004473, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 17, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE AT 100 EAST 3RD AVE, ELLENSBURG, WA 98926.
