In the man basket, a body belt was not worn when positioning a commercial outdoor sign that was being lifted by a mobile crane exposing an employee to a fall hazard, on or about 6/3/2015. Crannie Signs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962549, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 7/18/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 159 S.
