29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): For the construction site at 8th St. N and Arlington Ave. N, St. Petersburg, FL, as observed on or about 06/04/2015, employees of KKK Construction were exposed to the following fall hazards: a) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 34 ft. while working on the roof of building #2 cleaning up debris. b) Employees accessed upper levels above the main roof deck and were exposed to fall hazards of 10 ft. onto the roof deck below.
