29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Camp Pendleton, Area 21, Building 210725 on or about 06/03/2015, employees who were engaged in framing activities on a roof top were not provided an adequate procedure for their fall arrest system.

Employees were exposed to an 11.5 feet fall.
